MedMathMindset does not send existing passwords or temporary plaintext passwords by email.
Account recovery is currently handled through MedMathMindset support so
the account can be reviewed and identity can be verified safely.
Use the contact form and choose Subscription or account.
Include:
- the email address associated with the account;
- your full name;
- your organization, program, or cohort when applicable.
Do not include your current password, a proposed new password, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in the message.
For privacy, the same general response may be provided whether or not an account can immediately be located.
