Educator pilot

Start small. One cohort. One link.

Evaluate MedMathMindset with a real group of learners without importing a roster, replacing your LMS, or rebuilding your course. Create the free facilitator account, choose Dental Hygiene, name the cohort, and share the enrollment link MedMathMindset creates for you.

The whole setup

Three steps. No implementation meeting required.

Create the free educator account

Use your name, email, and password. Cohort creation is available immediately; verification is reserved for protected high-stakes workflows.

Create one provider-aware cohort

Dental Hygiene is carried into setup for you. MedMathMindset suggests a cohort name and sensible term dates. Change them only if you want to.

Copy one student link

MedMathMindset creates the cohort invitation and join code automatically. Paste the link into your LMS, email, syllabus, or class message.

What the pilot asks of faculty

Make the opportunity available. Let learners join themselves.

No roster upload

You do not have to send MedMathMindset a class email list. Learners opt in through your cohort link.

No curriculum replacement

Use MedMathMindset as a healthcare-numeracy and performance support layer alongside the curriculum, textbook, LMS, and certification preparation you already use.

No educator subscription

The facilitator account is free. New learners can begin with a 7-day trial; current public pricing after the trial is $15 for 3 months for affiliated learners and $20 independently.

No public ranking

Use learner and cohort signals to support instruction. Confidence, timing, challenge-load, and related support data are not diagnoses, grades, or permission to lower required standards.

Suggested pilot pattern

Keep the implementation light enough that you can actually evaluate it.

This is a practical starting pattern, not a required schedule.

Before launch
Experience the public challenge yourself.
See the accuracy, transfer, confidence-calibration, and reasonableness demonstration before sharing anything with learners.
Launch
Create one cohort and share its link.
Avoid extra roster administration. Let students join themselves.
Early use
Have participating learners establish their Starting Point and begin provider-specific practice.
The public challenge remains separate from formal authenticated learning records.
During pilot
Favor brief, repeated practice over one large remediation block.
Learners can use quieter practice or optional game formats while MedMathMindset continues building provider-relevant evidence.
Review
Look for patterns, not one score.
Review participation, domain performance, confidence alignment, transfer/retrieval friction, and where learners repeatedly need support.
What a useful pilot can answer

Decide whether the system adds educational value without pretending the pilot proves more than it does.

Do learners actually use it?

Look at enrollment, repeated engagement, and whether students return voluntarily when practice is available outside class.

Does it surface actionable gaps?

Compare MedMathMindset domain and MathPulse signals with what you already observe in class, simulations, quizzes, and remediation.

Does performance transfer?

Watch whether learners remain accurate when a familiar relationship is presented differently, delayed, or placed in a different healthcare context.

Does it reduce faculty friction?

Judge whether self-enrollment, learner-directed practice, and cohort analytics give you useful information without creating another administrative burden.

Pilot guardrail: The 3–5 minute public Performance Challenge is a demonstration, not a placement test. Formal Starting Point, Prescription, MathPulse, certification, and cohort records remain authenticated workflows with broader evidence.
Ready-to-use implementation support

You should not need to invent the launch message.

The implementation guide includes a launch checklist, a copy-ready learner announcement, a suggested review cadence, interpretation guardrails, and a print/PDF layout branded with MedMathMindset.com.
