- Institution/program affiliation and your selected MMM provider pathway, when applicable
- Exam goals/preferences and learning activity (responses, attempts, progress)

- IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and session identifiers
- Timing/performance data to improve reliability and user experience
C. SMS messaging data (Twilio)
- Phone number, consent status, message delivery and error logs
- We do not share phone numbers for third-party marketing
3. How we use your information
- Provide personalized learning, practice, and prescriptions
- Track progress and performance for learners and cohorts
- Send account notifications and reminders (email/SMS if opted-in)
- Support proctoring, exam integrity, and operational reporting
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the platform
4. SMS messaging & consent

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and secure hosting practices. No system can guarantee 100% security.
