1. Program name, scope & provider pathways

MedMathMindset is an educational medical-math platform that supports healthcare learners and professionals through provider-specific practice, assessment preparation, spaced practice, performance feedback, and mindset-focused learning tools. MedMathMindset may generate learning prescriptions or recommendations based on your goals, activity, and performance.

Current MedMathMindset provider levels: CCMA, CMA, CNA, Dental Hygiene, EMT, Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician, Polysomnography, Radiology Technician, Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapy (RT), Sonography, Surgical Technology, Vocational Nursing (LVN/LPN). These Terms apply to all of those provider pathways and to additional provider levels that MedMathMindset may add later, unless a provider-specific supplement expressly states otherwise.

2. Account use

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
• Sharing accounts is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by your program.
• MedMathMindset may update features or content without prior notice.

3. SMS messaging (Twilio)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from MedMathMindset, messages may include reminders, exam access notifications, and account alerts.

• Message frequency: varies based on your activity, deadlines, and instructor settings.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Help: Reply HELP or email Dr.Steele@MedMathMindset.com.
• Opting out of SMS does not remove your access to MedMathMindset.

4. Data & privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Academic integrity & assessment conduct

• You agree to follow applicable MedMathMindset rules and any participating program’s rules for practice activities, diagnostics, summative assessments, certification exams, proctoring, and other protected assessments.
• Cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or unauthorized sharing of protected assessment content is prohibited.
• MedMathMindset may log relevant activity for security, assessment integrity, troubleshooting, and audit purposes.

6. Provider-specific MedMathMindset certifications

A MedMathMindset certification is a MedMathMindset-issued educational math/numeracy credential for a specifically named provider pathway. It is not a professional license, scope-of-practice authorization, national or state credential, or replacement for certification, licensure, registration, or credentialing by an external board, agency, association, employer, school, or other organization. This distinction applies across every current MedMathMindset provider level listed in Section 1 and any provider levels added later.

Certification availability is provider-specific. At this time, only the MedMathMindset CCMA Math Certification has been released. The presence of EMT, Paramedic, nursing, allied-health, medical-assisting, or other provider pathways elsewhere in MedMathMindset does not mean a MedMathMindset certification is available for those pathways. Additional provider-specific MedMathMindset certifications remain unavailable until each pathway is separately verified and released.

7. Availability & uptime

MedMathMindset strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur during low-traffic periods.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
